NEW FOR 2026-ALL STALLIONS MUST HAVE DNA TESTING FOR HYDROCEPHALUS, DWARFISM, AND WFFS WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS PRIOR TO BEING ALLOWED TO ENTER AN INSPECTION FOR BREEDING APPROVAL.

STEPS TO REGISTER FOR YOUR 2025 INSPECTION:

  1. BECOME A BPANA MEMBER: Go to Become a Member to join. You must be a member to enter a horse into an inspection.
  2. REGISTER YOUR HORSE WITH BPANA– All horses must be registered prior to entering a inspection.
  3. CHOOSE YOUR INSPECTION: Click on the inspection link below for the inspection you will be attending.
  4. PAY YOUR CLASS FEES: That will take you to a new page. You need to pay for your inspection Class(es) first, so you can enter your invoice number on the Inspection Entry Form. (You can pay for multiples Classes on one invoice.) HORSES WILL NOT BE ENTERED INTO INSPECTIONS IF THE CLASS FEES ARE NOT PAID PRIOR TO THE INSPECTION ENTRY DEADLINE.
  5. COMPLETE THE ENTRY FORM: Complete the Inspection Entry Form. You can register up to 6 horses on one form. HORSES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO COMPETE IF THIS FORM IS NOT COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE INSPECTION.
  6. ORIGINAL REGISTRATION PAPERS: Bring your ORIGINAL Registration Papers to the inspection.

Expert judges from the Barock Pinto Studbook Netherlands will be here to inspect our horses and share their knowledge with us. Please feel free to ask them questions after the inspection.

INSPECTION FEES:

  1. Inspection Entry Fee -paid to BPANA for entry – varies with class category- pay online when completing entry form
  2. Facility Fee – Amount varies with each Inspection Site. This fee covers use of the facility, judges fees, judges lodging, food, awards, insurance and any other inspection expense site host pays . Amount will be listed on each specific Inspection. Site host will provide methods of payment when they contact the entries.
  3. Stall and Shavings Fees – Amounts vary with each Inspection Site.
  4. Upgrade fee – If your horse receives an upgrade in their predicate, there is a charge for the upgrade and you will be invoiced for the upgrade fee. Upgrade fees vary with type of upgrade.
