**The Inspection Registration Fee does not include the Inspection Facility Fees, Stall Fees, Gate Fees or Runner Fees.  Those will be sent to you by and paid directly to the site host or runner. If your horse receives an Upgrade at the Inspeciton, you will be invoiced by BPANA for those fees after the Inspection. Upgraded status will not be honored/recognized until payment is made.
